Who you are
You are a highly skilled Senior SDET with extensive experience in quality assurance and a strong background in both automated and manual testing. Your expertise with Playwright allows you to develop, test, and deploy effective test cases that ensure software quality and performance. You possess a strong proficiency in API Testing, enabling you to analyze and improve application performance and reliability effectively.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with developers and other QA team members to define and implement effective testing strategies. Your advanced English skills (B2+) facilitate clear communication within multicultural teams, allowing you to mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be pivotal in enhancing the quality assurance environment at CI&T. You will develop, test, and deploy both automated and manual test cases using Playwright, ensuring that our software applications meet the highest standards. Collaborating with developers and QA professionals, you will define and implement effective testing strategies that drive excellence in project outcomes.
You will also be responsible for analyzing test results to identify areas for improvement in application performance and reliability. Your mentorship of junior team members will help cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, ensuring that everyone is equipped with the skills needed to succeed.
