Overview
Altium is seeking a .NET Team Leader to guide and mentor cross-functional teams while improving their products. You'll work with C# and .NET technologies in Katowice or Wroclaw. This role requires 5+ years of software engineering experience and leadership skills.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on C# and the .NET Framework. Your expertise in multithreading and asynchronous operations allows you to tackle complex technical challenges effectively. You have a proven track record of leading teams and projects, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role. Your analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to supervise design and ensure technical feasibility in the features developed by your team.
You are proficient in using GitHub for version control and collaboration, which is essential for managing code and facilitating teamwork. Your familiarity with CAD tools is a plus, as it aligns with Altium's focus on electronics design. You are passionate about mentoring others, providing constructive feedback, and guiding your team to achieve their best work.
What you'll do
As a .NET Team Leader at Altium, you will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives. You will supervise the design of developed features, ensuring that they meet technical feasibility standards. Writing and reviewing code will take up about 60% of your time, allowing you to stay hands-on while providing valuable feedback to your team members.
