What you'll do

As a Team Leader at HelloFresh, you will oversee an area of the production process during your shift, ensuring that KPIs and customer expectations are met in full and on time. You will lead a team of operatives, fostering a positive work environment that promotes productivity and employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include scheduling tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to your team members. You will also handle day-to-day queries from colleagues, liaising with HR and training teams as necessary.
