What you'll do
As a Senior Product Designer at Altruist, you will lead the design efforts for Hazelโs Admin AI, focusing on enhancing the user experience for financial advisors. You will conduct user research to understand their needs and pain points, translating insights into design solutions that improve usability and engagement. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, ensuring that your work aligns with the overall product vision and strategy.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and effectively. You will participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.
