What you'll do

As a Staff Product Designer at Altruist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of Hazel's Admin AI — your responsibilities will include conducting user research to gather insights that inform design decisions, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of your designs. You will lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the design team.

You will also be responsible for defining and maintaining design standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency across the platform. Your work will directly impact how financial advisors interact with technology, helping them to optimize their workflows and deliver better outcomes for their clients. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior designers, sharing your expertise and helping them grow in their careers.
