What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee influencer partnerships and drive engagement strategies for the Amazon Influencer Program. You will establish influencer marketing as a strategic channel for customer acquisition by developing targeted recruitment plans to expand the influencer base across various segments. Your responsibilities will include creating compensation plans that maximize revenue and customer impact from influencer marketing initiatives.
You will execute synchronized influencer activations in conjunction with new product launches and marketing priorities, ensuring that all efforts are aligned with the company's goals. Additionally, you will leverage research insights and customer behavior data to inform your strategies and drive influencer engagement at scale. Your role will require you to continuously evaluate and benchmark marketing efforts to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
