You are an experienced and motivated Account Manager with a proven track record in business development and sales. You have a goal-oriented mindset and thrive in fast-moving environments, where you can take responsibility for new business growth. Your analytical skills allow you to effectively analyze sales and traffic data to identify opportunities for recruitment and expansion. You are comfortable working autonomously and collaborating with various internal stakeholders to drive results.
You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to build relationships with Polish online sellers and support them in setting up their merchant accounts on Amazon. You understand the nuances of the e-commerce landscape and are adept at navigating challenges that arise in a competitive market. Your ability to develop original ideas and solutions will contribute to the success of the EU Expansion team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will focus on recruiting Polish online sellers to Amazon's marketplace and assisting them in expanding their businesses both nationally and internationally. You will analyze sales and traffic data to identify potential sellers and opportunities for growth. Your responsibilities will include guiding sellers through the setup of their merchant accounts and providing ongoing support to ensure their success on the platform.
You will collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders to consolidate existing services and develop new processes, systems, and tools for third-party selling partners. Your role will require you to operate in a sometimes ambiguous environment, where you will need to be proactive and take initiative to maximize revenue generation across selected product families. You will be responsible for delivering on business and financial goals, contributing to the overall success of the team.
