Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, operations, or account management, demonstrating strong relationship management skills. You excel in communication and are comfortable engaging with small and medium business partners through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings. Your proficiency in Excel allows you to track key performance indicators effectively, ensuring that you can analyze and report on partner success.

You are a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of building processes and standardizing best practices within your territory. Your ability to upsell marketing products to partners showcases your sales acumen and understanding of the market. You are committed to maximizing business retention and ensuring that new partners are successful on the Uber Eats platform.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the growth of Uber Eats restaurant partners, acting as the main point of contact for our highest-value accounts. You will establish and maintain communication channels with merchant partners, ensuring they are informed and engaged with our offerings. Your responsibilities will include upselling marketing products such as ads and promotions to drive revenue growth.

You will collaborate closely with our Operations and Sales teams to manage relationships and address any issues or questions that arise. Regular business reviews will be part of your routine, where you will track merchant KPIs and OKRs to identify success factors and opportunities for improvement. Your hands-on approach to vendor management will involve training partners on new features and products, ensuring they are equipped to succeed on our platform.
