Job Description
Who you are
You are a recent graduate in Finance or Accounting with a basic understanding of accounting principles and payment processing. You are self-motivated and can recognize how processes can improve, effectively implementing positive changes. You possess exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, which are crucial for maintaining strong cross-functional relationships and earning trust with customers to facilitate timely payments.
You are comfortable with the full cycle of accounts receivable, including research, analysis, and account reconciliations. You have the ability to manage and resolve invoice discrepancies, ensuring timely and accurate receivables. Your communication skills allow you to respond promptly and accurately to both internal and external inquiries, maintaining customer relationships effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will report to the office in Pasay City five times a week, working the morning shift from 6 am to 3 pm. You will support Amazonβs strategic customers by identifying and resolving billing issues, driving monthly collection targets, and managing past due balances. You will be responsible for calling customers and scheduling resolution sessions to understand their procure-to-pay cycles. Additionally, you will manage internal and external accounts receivable inquiries, providing guidance on Amazon's billing processes to ensure the best results for our customers.
