Desirable

Experience in finance operations or accounts receivable management is a plus. Familiarity with customer/client dispute management and collections processes will help you excel in this role. A background in leading large teams and managing cross-company initiatives will be beneficial.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Accounts Receivable team, overseeing a group of 40-50 employees. Your responsibilities will include managing the team's workload, establishing priorities, and ensuring that processes are efficient and effective. You will coordinate with various stakeholders to determine the right goals and inform decisions that impact the Finance Operations receivables group. Your leadership will be crucial in driving change and implementing best practices across the organization.

You will be responsible for customer dispute management, portal invoicing, remittance application, and collections. Your ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex programs will be essential as you work towards achieving departmental and organizational goals. You will also mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
