You are an innovative candidate with a strong interest in generative AI and the responsible development of Large Language Models (LLMs). You possess the ability to solve complex problems and drive technological advancement in AI. You are comfortable creating and annotating high-quality training data across multiple modalities, including text, image, and video. You have a knack for writing grammatically correct texts in various styles while adhering to strict guidelines. You can interpret technical documentation to implement solutions accurately and dive deep into issues to implement solutions independently. You are capable of making sound judgments and logical decisions when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of the Data Team at Amazon, where you will deliver high-quality training data to enhance and expand the company's proprietary LLM capabilities. You will create and annotate complex training data on various topics, including technical or science-related content. Your responsibilities will include writing texts that are grammatically correct and stylistically varied, strictly following the provided guidelines. You will also be tasked with interpreting technical documentation to implement solutions accurately and identifying and reporting tooling bugs while suggesting improvements. Your work will directly impact how Amazon's customers interact with AI systems across multiple business lines. You will need to be flexible to work in rotational shifts as this is a fixed-term contractual role for one year.
