Who you are
You are an innovative thinker with a passion for artificial intelligence and a strong desire to contribute to the development of Large Language Models (LLMs). You possess the ability to create and annotate high-quality training data across various modalities, including text, image, and video. Your writing skills are exceptional, allowing you to produce grammatically correct texts in different styles while adhering to strict guidelines. You are comfortable interpreting technical documentation and implementing solutions independently, showcasing your problem-solving abilities. You thrive in environments where you can identify and report tooling bugs, suggesting improvements to enhance processes. You are adept at making sound judgments and logical decisions, even when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be part of Amazon's Data Team, focusing on the responsible development and deployment of generative AI technologies. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality training data that will improve and expand Amazon's proprietary LLM capabilities. You will create and annotate complex training data on a variety of topics, ensuring that the data meets the high standards required for effective AI training. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technological advancements in AI, directly impacting how Amazon's customers interact with AI systems across multiple business lines. You will also be required to work in rotational shifts, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to the role.
