Onsite Medical Representative

Who you are

You have a strong background in health and wellness, with experience in providing first aid and managing occupational health issues. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to promoting safety and wellbeing among employees. Your ability to communicate effectively with associates and collaborate with safety teams is essential in this role. You are proactive in learning about OSHA regulations and risk management to ensure compliance and safety excellence.

What you'll do

As an Onsite Medical Representative at Amazon, you will be responsible for assessing and administering first aid to associates, as well as providing guidance on both occupational and non-occupational injuries or illnesses. You will participate in safety committee meetings and case management reviews, working closely with the Workplace Health & Safety team to promote a culture of safety. Your role will involve interacting with new hires and supporting them in understanding safety protocols. You will also refer associates to outside medical providers when necessary, ensuring they receive the appropriate care.
