What you'll do

As an Onsite Medical Representative at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe work environment. You will provide first aid support to associates and make referrals to outside medical providers when necessary. Your responsibilities will include attending weekly safety committee meetings, where you will contribute to discussions on improving workplace safety standards. You will also greet new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed about health and safety protocols.

In addition to first aid duties, you will assist with safety operations and collaborate with the WHS team to implement best practices. Your role will involve assessing workplace conditions and identifying potential health risks, allowing you to take proactive measures to mitigate them. You will be an advocate for health and wellness, guiding associates on best practices for injury prevention and overall wellbeing.
