What you'll do
As a Senior Applied Scientist at Amazon, you will lead a team focused on improving retrieval and ranking models for RAG applications. Your responsibilities will include developing novel algorithms that enhance content and query understanding, ensuring that the models deliver improved signals to retrieval and ranking systems. You will collaborate with content acquisition and client teams to meet dependencies and deliver value to end customers, particularly in enhancing information grounding for large language models.
