What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of scientists focused on enhancing Amazon's web search capabilities — your leadership will drive key improvements across multiple agentic systems. You will work closely with engineering teams to improve model performance, ensuring that the systems you develop are efficient and effective. Your role will also involve enhancing content and query understanding models to provide better signals to retrieval and ranking systems.
