What you'll do
As the Audit Manager III, you will lead the Audits and Insights team, overseeing a large-scale audit operation that includes 120-150 auditors. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic audit initiatives that align with the organization's objectives. You will drive organizational transformation and change management initiatives, ensuring that your team adapts to evolving business needs while maintaining high standards of audit quality.
You will establish governance frameworks and quality assurance processes that enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of audits. By measuring the coverage and accuracy of account enforcements and appeals, you will generate actionable insights that improve enforcement accuracy and reduce unnecessary seller friction. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a high-performance culture within the audit organization, where team members are empowered to grow and excel in their roles.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that audit findings are effectively communicated and acted upon. Your ability to drive organizational change will be essential in implementing best practices and enhancing the overall audit process.
