You are a highly skilled Program Manager with a strong background in program and change management initiatives. You have experience in spearheading AI and automation strategies, designing and implementing workflow automation solutions that enhance program efficiency. You are adept at developing comprehensive AI and automation roadmaps for audit processes, identifying key areas for integration, and aligning initiatives with compliance requirements.
Your expertise in audit intake and risk analysis allows you to evaluate incoming audit requests based on comprehensive risk impact analysis. You prioritize audit engagements according to organizational risk exposure and collaborate with stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each audit.
You demonstrate a thorough understanding of sampling strategy development, ensuring that audit programs maintain their overall health and effectiveness. Your proactive approach to program management ensures that you lead initiatives that drive positive change within the organization.
Desirable
Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with compliance requirements in audit processes. A background in AI and automation technologies will further enhance your ability to contribute to the team's objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead program and change management initiatives for the Audits and Insights team, developing and implementing strategies to improve audit processes and methodologies. You will manage the transition of new audit procedures and tools across the organization, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process.
You will spearhead the AI and automation strategy for audits, designing and implementing workflow automation solutions that enhance program efficiency and effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive AI and automation roadmap for audit processes and identifying key areas for integration, such as risk assessment and anomaly detection.
You will evaluate incoming audit requests based on a comprehensive risk impact analysis, prioritizing audit engagements according to organizational risk exposure and potential impact. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will determine the scope and objectives of each audit, ensuring that all audits are aligned with organizational goals.
Additionally, you will demonstrate a thorough understanding of sampling strategy development, maintaining the overall health of audit programs and ensuring that they deliver the best results for customers. Your role will require you to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and communication throughout the organization.
