Who you are

You have a strong background in BIM design, particularly with a focus on Telecoms and Low Voltage Systems. Your experience with AutoCAD and Revit allows you to create and modify complex 3D models effectively, ensuring that all designs meet the necessary standards and requirements. You are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent judgment and negotiation skills in a collaborative environment.

You are comfortable working independently while also being a team player, ready to contribute to the success of the OpsTech Design Execution Team. Your familiarity with IT infrastructure systems, including structured cabling, is a plus, enhancing your ability to deliver results on time. You thrive in fast-paced settings and are adept at adapting to changing circumstances, ensuring that project goals are met efficiently.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for executing design projects related to telecom infrastructure, collaborating closely with the Project Management team to establish BIM requirements and standards. You will create and modify complex 3D Revit models, developing and maintaining Revit families specific to telecom equipment and systems. Your work will involve updating standard details and ensuring that all designs align with the latest industry practices.

You will also engage in vendor management and telecoms design optimization, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the design execution process. Your ability to work in both 2D and 3D environments will be crucial as you navigate various design challenges. You will be expected to deliver high-quality results while managing multiple deliverables, showcasing your agility and effective multi-tasking skills.
