You have a strong background in facility design and process engineering, with experience in managing complex projects that enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise in material handling equipment (MHE) allows you to innovate and simplify processes effectively. You possess a blend of customer-facing and technical skills, enabling you to communicate effectively with stakeholders while driving projects from ideation to execution. You are results-driven and have a passion for improving customer and associate experiences through innovative design solutions. Your troubleshooting capabilities and technical aptitude make you a valuable asset in any engineering team. Desirable
Experience with automation technologies and a keen understanding of supply chain dynamics will set you apart. Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies will enhance your ability to drive impactful decisions. A background in logistics or fulfillment center operations is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges faced in the AMXL environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the analysis, design, and deployment of retrofit programs aimed at enhancing the efficiency of AMXL Fulfillment Centers, Delivery Stations, and Sort Centers. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process re-engineering and implementing solutions that improve safety and operational performance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that new capabilities are introduced seamlessly into existing workflows. You will manage projects from ideation through execution, validating outcomes to ensure they meet the desired objectives. Your role will involve engaging with various stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring that the solutions you design align with customer needs and operational goals. You will also be tasked with documenting processes and outcomes to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
