Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in finance operations, where you've successfully led complex data analysis projects to identify operational efficiency opportunities. Your expertise in SQL and data visualization tools allows you to develop and maintain advanced financial models and dashboards that support strategic decision-making. You are skilled in business intelligence solutions and have a strong understanding of financial analytics, enabling you to conduct thorough analyses of financial and operational metrics to identify trends and areas for optimization. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement data-driven solutions. Your ability to design and implement KPIs and metrics to measure operational performance is a key asset in your role.
Desirable
Experience with advanced analytical frameworks and documentation practices is a plus, as is familiarity with process optimization methodologies. You are comfortable working with large datasets and have a knack for identifying process defects through advanced data analytics.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making across Amazon's global finance operations. You will lead complex data analysis projects that focus on process optimization and financial analytics, working closely with over 2,000 business partners across Finance Operations Headquarters and Service Centers. Your responsibilities will include developing analytical solutions that empower the Accounts Payable and Receivable teams to operate at scale. You will create and maintain documentation for processes and methodologies, ensuring that analytical frameworks are well-defined and accessible. You will also partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and implement effective data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
