Your customer-focused approach ensures that you prioritize the needs of Selling Partners, helping them navigate operational challenges and achieve their goals.
What you'll do
As a Marketplace Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering strategic consultancy to Amazonβs Selling Partners β your role involves advising on various aspects of the Amazon Marketplace, including expansion, portfolio optimization, fulfillment strategy, and advertising strategy. You will work closely with Selling Partners to develop a roadmap that drives their business growth and satisfaction with the program.
You will leverage your analytical expertise to identify opportunities for improvement and growth within each Selling Partner's business β this includes analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations that align with their objectives. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing the AMPS program, contributing to the creation of processes and tools that enhance the service offering.
