Who you are
You have a proven track record in B2B business development, particularly within the healthcare sector, and possess strong relationship management skills. Your experience includes working with large healthcare organizations, fostering partnerships that drive growth and innovation. You are adept at identifying strategic opportunities and have a customer-centric approach that prioritizes the needs of both partners and their members. You are results-driven and have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in relation to payer organizations and pharmacy benefit managers.
You thrive in collaborative environments and can effectively partner with internal stakeholders to enhance the member experience. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. You are comfortable navigating the intricacies of contracting and RFP processes, ensuring that all business development solutions align with Amazon Pharmacy's strategic goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be instrumental in managing critical relationships with external business partners, creating go-to-market products and services that drive growth across the pharmaceutical industry. You will partner with counterparts on the Health Insurer's team to create a differentiated member experience, identifying opportunities to drive member education and adoption of Amazon Pharmacy. You will also work to identify areas of friction in the Amazon Pharmacy payer experience, collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
Your responsibilities will include driving RFP and contracting administration, ensuring that all processes are streamlined and efficient. You will support and grow existing relationships, strongly influencing the business development teamβs trajectory. Your ability to foster pharmacy provider relationships with payer organizations will be key to achieving the growth and profitability goals of Amazon Pharmacy. You will leverage Amazon's leadership principles, including Customer Obsession and Deliver Results, to guide your approach and decision-making.
What we offer
Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $176,100.00 - $238,200.00 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health support, flexible spending accounts, and 401(k) matching.
