Amazon is seeking a Tech Business Developer for Video Delivery Scaling to lead video delivery expansion in Europe. You'll work with AWS and UDP technologies to support Prime Video's growth. This role requires experience in technical business development and strategic partnerships.

Who you are
You have a strong background in technical business development, ideally with 5+ years of experience in scaling video delivery solutions. You understand the complexities of video content distribution and have a proven track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships. Your technical acumen allows you to engage with engineering teams effectively, ensuring that solutions align with business goals. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about innovating to enhance customer experiences. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and can adapt to the evolving landscape of video delivery technologies.
Desirable
Experience with low latency streaming technologies and a deep understanding of video on demand (VOD) services would be advantageous. Familiarity with working alongside cloud service providers, particularly AWS, is a plus. You have a network of contacts in the media and entertainment industry that can help facilitate partnerships and drive initiatives forward.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Video Delivery Scaling team to define and implement strategies for expanding video delivery capacity across Europe. You will work closely with AWS and various content delivery networks (CDNs) to ensure that Prime Video can deliver high-quality live events and VOD content efficiently. Your responsibilities will include identifying new market opportunities, negotiating partnerships with key stakeholders, and deploying innovative solutions to enhance video delivery capabilities. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize delivery processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive initiatives that support the growth of Prime Video's business, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains at the forefront of all efforts.
