Desirable

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus. Familiarity with AWS services and SQL is essential for this role, as you will be designing and maintaining automated reporting systems. A background in payments or lending analytics would be beneficial, as well as experience in defining key performance indicators and financial metrics.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and develop business-critical metrics and reports across all international business levers. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, and dashboards that support our analytical and business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure that the analytical solutions you create meet the needs of the business. Your insights will help shape strategies for acquiring new merchants globally, and you will be a key contributor to the development of analytical experiences from the ground up.

You will also be responsible for conducting deep dives into business performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Your analytical solutions will empower business leaders to make informed decisions that drive growth and efficiency. You will work closely with data engineers and other analysts to ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting.
