What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and supporting Anaplan models that facilitate workforce capacity planning for the Global Finance Solutions organization. You will partner with GREF Finance stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable model designs. Your expertise in SQL will be crucial as you extract and manipulate data to inform your models. You will also utilize reporting tools like Cognos, Amazon QuickSight, and Tableau to create insightful visualizations that drive decision-making. As you build these models, you will ensure they align with the strategic goals of the organization and provide world-class service performance.

You will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards. Your role will involve continuous improvement of existing models and processes, leveraging feedback from stakeholders to enhance functionality and usability.
