You have 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, with a proven track record of transforming complex business challenges into actionable insights. Your expertise in AWS and SQL allows you to design and implement scalable data pipelines and automated reporting solutions that enhance decision-making processes.
You thrive on mentoring teams and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. Your strong analytical skills enable you to develop and maintain data quality standards and governance frameworks, ensuring that the data used across the organization is accurate and reliable.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner. Your strategic mindset helps you own the end-to-end analytics strategy, driving execution and delivering results that align with business objectives.
Desirable
Experience with advanced analytics tools and techniques, such as machine learning or predictive analytics, is a plus. Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations will enhance your ability to contribute to the team's goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead complex analytical projects from conception to deployment, ensuring that engineering best practices are followed throughout the process.
