You are skilled in defining metrics and establishing standards for engineering and operational excellence, ensuring that your work contributes to the overall success of the organization.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to partner effectively with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable BI solutions. You are proactive in setting day-to-day and strategic priorities, demonstrating your ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Your analytical mindset helps you identify opportunities for improvement and drive efficiency in business operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and applications that support the operational needs of AMXL Japan. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish a roadmap for BI solutions that align with business objectives. Your role will involve defining metrics to measure progress and success, ensuring that your team delivers high-quality and reliable BI solutions.

You will also focus on creating mechanisms and standards for engineering excellence, emphasizing correctness and efficiency in your work. By leveraging AWS and Amazon's internal tools, you will develop optimal solutions to address the challenges posed by the evolving logistics and retail landscape in Japan. Your contributions will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and operational efficiency of Amazon Japan.
