Who you are
You have a proven track record in leading change management initiatives, ideally within a retail or grocery context. Your experience includes working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement change management strategies that drive adoption and engagement. You are comfortable navigating a matrixed environment and can effectively coach leaders and team members in their roles as sponsors of change. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate change requirements and deliverables clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion of all project goals. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess change impacts and develop actionable plans that align with business objectives. You are proactive in identifying potential challenges and are skilled at facilitating discussions to address them. Your ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners is key to your success in this role.
Desirable
Experience in the grocery or retail industry is a plus, as is familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies. You may have certifications in change management or project management, which would further enhance your qualifications for this position.
What you'll do
As the Business Integration Lead, you will serve as the primary change expert for assigned business areas within the Worldwide Grocery Stores. You will collaborate with internal teams, business partners, and key stakeholders to develop comprehensive change management strategies for major sub-projects. This includes creating Change Impact Summaries, Communication Plans, and Training Plans that facilitate smooth transitions and enhance team member adoption.
You will work closely with leadership to identify change requirements and provide guidance to Change Enablement team members. Your role will involve coaching global, operational, and store leaders, helping them understand their responsibilities as change sponsors. You will also be responsible for ensuring that change processes are standardized across operational areas where appropriate, leading to more efficient practices.
Your ability to manage multiple projects will be crucial as you oversee various change deliverables simultaneously. You will ensure that all project goals are met on time and within budget, while also monitoring the effectiveness of change initiatives and making adjustments as necessary. Your insights will help shape the overall change management approach for the organization, contributing to the success of strategic initiatives.
