With experience in managing capability development initiatives, you understand the complexities of assortment planning and are committed to long-term goals. You excel in maintaining relationships with third-party partners and have a proven track record of optimizing software solutions for assortment planning.
You are adept at identifying capability gaps and supporting the development roadmap through operational planning. Your ability to implement data integrity mechanisms ensures that data inputs and outputs are reliable, which is crucial for tracking performance KPIs. You embody the values and culture of Whole Foods Market, modeling behaviors that reinforce a positive work environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the execution of a multi-year capability roadmap strategy, managing the implementation and optimization of software solutions for assortment planning. You will deliver quantifiable KPI improvements for assortment planning initiatives, focusing on areas such as forecast accuracy and inventory turns. Your responsibilities will include supporting the development and implementation of assortment life-cycle processes, ensuring that all initiatives align with the overall strategy for Worldwide Grocery Stores.
You will also support the monthly business review practice for key stakeholders, tracking performance KPIs and providing insights for continuous improvement. Your role will require you to model and reinforce the values and culture of Whole Foods Market, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
