What you'll do
As a Business Operations Analyst at Amazon, you will act as the Control Tower for logistics operations managed by external partners. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the performance of delivery stations, ensuring compliance with operational processes, and collaborating with teams to implement improvements. You will work in a fast-paced environment, managing operations seven days a week, including holidays.
You will be responsible for conducting audits and visits to logistics partners to ensure adherence to Amazon's standards. Your role will require you to analyze data and provide insights that will help optimize logistics operations. You will also be involved in testing and experimenting with new ideas to enhance operational efficiency.
