What you'll do

In this role, you will monitor the daily operations of logistics partners, ensuring they function efficiently and meet compliance standards. You will act as a Control Tower, overseeing the performance of delivery service providers and conducting both remote monitoring and on-site audits. Your responsibilities will include analyzing operational data to suggest improvements and implementing strategies that enhance service delivery.

You will collaborate with various teams to test and experiment with new ideas, contributing to a culture of innovation within the logistics team. Your role will require you to work on a 4x3 schedule, ensuring that operations run smoothly seven days a week, including holidays. You will be expected to communicate effectively with partners and internal teams to drive operational excellence.
