You have a strong background in operational processes and quality control, with experience leading continuous improvement initiatives. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you understand the intricacies of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and are passionate about enhancing service delivery. You excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a keen eye for identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.

You are detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to perform audits effectively and ensure SOP adoption. Your ability to manage change on a granular level is complemented by your strong communication skills, enabling you to work seamlessly with teams both Under the Roof (UTR) and On the Road (OTR).

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the adoption and continuous improvement of SOPs at Amazon Logistics, focusing on last-mile delivery operations. You will lead process integration efforts at Delivery Stations (DS) and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing audits to ensure compliance with SOPs, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with various teams to implement changes that elevate service quality.

You will work closely with Station Ops, the Last Mile team, Delivery Service Providers (DSP), Learning, Finance, HR, and Loss Prevention teams to gather insights and drive improvements. Additionally, you will benchmark processes with counterparts in other geographies to ensure conformity with Amazon Standard Work. Your role is crucial in maintaining Amazon's commitment to being the most customer-centric company on Earth.
