Who you are
You have a strong background in Continuous Improvement, with experience in roles that focus on process excellence and operational efficiency. Your ability to influence change and drive results through data-driven decisions sets you apart. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with teams to solve complex problems with practical solutions. You are knowledgeable about Lean principles and have a track record of implementing them effectively in operational settings.
You understand the importance of communication in driving process alignment and have experience creating effective communication plans that provide visibility to all impacted teams. Your expertise in managing improvement plans ensures that customer experience is prioritized while maintaining cost efficiency. You are passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement and lean thinking within your organization.
Desirable
Experience in facilitating Kaizen activities and training teams on Lean Standard Work principles is a plus. You are comfortable taking ownership of process improvement initiatives and coordinating resources to achieve the best results for customers.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the UFG store improvement plan, focusing on delivering the best customer experience at the lowest cost. You will contribute to and facilitate Kaizen activities, helping to drive the implementation of Lean Standard Work and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Your responsibilities will include training and supporting all levels of staff in Kaizen activities and disseminating Lean principles across teams. You will take ownership of the Leadership Steering Committee (LSC) and coordinate process improvement activities and resources to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
You will work closely with various teams to optimize store operations, providing them with the knowledge and tools necessary to improve performance. Your ability to analyze data and use it to inform decisions will be crucial in this role. You will also be responsible for creating effective communication plans that enhance visibility and collaboration among teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned on process improvements.
