Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in process engineering or business operations, demonstrating a strong ability to innovate workflows and improve efficiency. You excel in building trust with stakeholders and adapting to changing environments, ensuring that business needs are met effectively. Your background includes program management and leading business initiatives, showcasing your capability to turn data into actionable insights. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience with AI and automation solutions is a plus, as is a track record of developing tools and mechanisms that enhance operational efficiency. Familiarity with Account Management processes will help you succeed in this role, as will your ability to shape work for yourself and support your teammates.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key member of the Asia Global Selling ESM team, responsible for translating business needs into product solutions. You will innovate existing processes and develop end-to-end workflows that enhance operational efficiency. Your work will involve mapping out new business workflows and proposing a comprehensive tech roadmap that outlines how each business workstream should operate. You will also optimize existing processes and develop tools to improve Account Management efficiency, ensuring that the team meets its goals effectively.

You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, leveraging your strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships across the organization. Your ability to analyze data and derive insights will be crucial in driving business initiatives and improving overall performance. You will lead efforts to innovate and streamline processes, ensuring that the team can adapt to the dynamic nature of the marketplace.
