What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key member of the Asia Global Selling ESM team, responsible for translating business needs into product solutions. You will innovate existing processes and ways of working, leveraging AI and automation to enhance efficiency. Your responsibilities will include developing innovative tools, mapping out new business workflows, and proposing comprehensive tech roadmaps that outline how each business workstream should operate.

You will optimize existing work processes and develop mechanisms to improve Account Management efficiency. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will ensure that the solutions you propose align with the overall business strategy and objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively will be essential as you present your ideas and gather feedback from team members and leadership.
