You have a strong background in channel marketing, with a focus on creating innovative retail experiences that engage customers. Your experience includes leveraging AI-powered solutions to enhance customer interactions and drive sales. You possess excellent project management skills, enabling you to define and execute marketing visions effectively. Your ability to gather insights from sales and marketing teams allows you to tailor strategies that meet the needs of retail shoppers. You are passionate about creating delightful customer experiences that resonate with the brand voice of Ring&Blink.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define the long-term marketing vision for Ring&Blink products in the offline retail channel. You will work closely with demo product managers, channel marketing teams, and design partners to create engaging in-store experiences. Your responsibilities include developing strategies and playbooks that simplify the daily tasks of the channel marketing team, ensuring they have the tools needed to succeed.
You will leverage AI tools and automation to drive process improvements and enhance project management capabilities. Your goal is to create an in-store experience that is recognized globally by Ring&Blink shoppers, setting a high standard for customer engagement. You will also be responsible for gathering inputs from your team to continuously refine and improve the customer experience.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $142,800.00 - $193,200.00 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact the customer experience and the success of Ring&Blink products.
