Who you are

You have a strong background in marketing, particularly in channel marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive partner recruitment and engagement, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey marketing strategies and initiatives to diverse stakeholders. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your decisions and optimize campaign performance. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating agility and adaptability in your approach. You are passionate about building relationships and fostering a collaborative culture within your team and across the organization.

What you'll do

As the Channel Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and orchestrating multi-touch marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing partner recruitment and driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities. You will work closely with channel teams across North America and ANZ, ensuring that marketing initiatives are tailored to regional needs while aligning with global strategies. Your role will involve analyzing campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes continually. You will collaborate with Channel Sales Leaders, Partner Managers, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective execution of marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of marketing materials and resources that support channel partners in their sales efforts. Your ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build strong relationships will be key to your success in this role.
