You have a strong background in cloud computing and have spent several years working with AWS services — your experience includes leading teams through high-impact projects and delivering technical solutions that meet customer needs. You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy collaborating with partners to develop technical expertise.
Your technical skills are complemented by your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders — you understand the importance of translating complex concepts into actionable insights for customers. You are passionate about helping others leverage cloud technologies to achieve their business goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define and deliver on-site technical engagements with partners and customers, participating in visits to understand their requirements and propose tailored solutions. You will lead the implementation of projects that focus on web applications, enterprise applications, and big data solutions, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service.
You will collaborate closely with AWS field business development, marketing, and training teams to help partners and customers learn and effectively use AWS services. Your responsibilities will include delivering proof-of-concept projects and conducting topical workshops that showcase the capabilities of AWS technologies.
You will also be responsible for gathering customer insights and feedback to continuously improve the services offered. Your role will involve staying up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends, ensuring that you can provide the best possible guidance to customers and partners.
