You are a trusted advisor to your clients, providing insights on industry trends and emerging technologies. Your communication skills allow you to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals and expectations. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are committed to delivering solutions that exceed expectations.

Desirable

Experience with migration projects and a strong understanding of cloud security best practices are highly desirable. Familiarity with other cloud platforms and technologies can also be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Cloud Engineer at Amazon, you will lead the design and implementation of cloud solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers. You will work closely with ProServe Account Executives and Shared Delivery Teams to ensure that proposed solutions are realistic and achievable. Your role will involve providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process and guiding customers throughout their cloud journey.

You will be responsible for creating reusable artifacts and process improvements that enhance the efficiency of our delivery teams. Your success will be measured by your ability to impact the signing of Statements of Work (SOWs) and the successful implementation of solutions that achieve customer business outcomes while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
