Who you are
You have extensive experience as a Cloud Architect, ideally with over 5 years in the technology or consulting sector — you've successfully designed and implemented complex cloud solutions that meet diverse customer needs. Your ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes is a key strength, allowing you to act as a trusted advisor to clients. You are well-versed in industry trends and emerging technologies, which you leverage to provide innovative solutions that address customer challenges. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Desirable
Experience with pre-sales processes and customer engagement is a plus — you understand the importance of aligning technical solutions with business objectives. Familiarity with creating reusable artifacts and process improvements will enhance your contributions to the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and business objectives, designing tailored cloud solutions that drive customer success. You will be a key player in the pre-sales process, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the customer's cloud journey. Your responsibilities will include creating and leading solution designs that address customer business outcomes, ensuring that proposed solutions are realistic and achievable. You will collaborate with ProServe Account Executives and Shared Delivery Teams to maximize customer business outcomes. As a technical subject matter expert, you will share your knowledge within the organization through mentoring and training, contributing to the overall growth of the team.
