What you'll do

As a Senior Cloud Engineer at Amazon, you will play a pivotal role in the AWS Professional Services team — your primary responsibility will be to design and implement tailored cloud solutions that address specific customer challenges. You will engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and business objectives, ensuring that proposed solutions are both realistic and achievable.

You will lead the solution design process, collaborating with ProServe Account Executives and Shared Delivery Teams to maximize customer business outcomes. Your technical expertise will be crucial in guiding customers through their cloud journey, from initial engagement to successful implementation.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will also serve as a mentor to junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow in their roles. You will contribute to the creation of reusable artifacts and process improvements that enhance the overall efficiency of the team.
