What you'll do

As a Data Center Commissioning Engineer (CxE) at Amazon, you will be part of a highly creative and efficient team responsible for building and supporting the operations of Amazon-owned data centers. You will collaborate with various teams across AWS to ensure that all infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment, are functioning optimally. Your role will involve managing the commissioning process, ensuring that all systems are tested and validated according to specifications.

You will be tasked with supporting vendors and contractors throughout the commissioning process, ensuring that they adhere to safety and quality standards. Your expertise will help guide the team in addressing any challenges that arise during the commissioning phase, allowing for seamless integration of new systems into existing infrastructure. You will also play a key role in maintaining documentation and reporting on commissioning activities, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the data center operations.
