What you'll do
In this role, you will be the safety champion at your site, leading the implementation of Amazon's Global WHS Program. You will conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Your responsibilities will include managing the first aid program and emergency response capabilities, ensuring that immediate care is always available for associates.
You will work closely with operations leadership to drive safety initiatives that make a real difference in the workplace. This includes conducting thorough site audits and leading safety compliance efforts to ensure adherence to regulations and best practices. Your leadership will help shape the safety culture at Amazon, engaging associates in safety programs and promoting a proactive approach to workplace health and safety.
What we offer
Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $70,100.00 - $105,200.00 USD annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
