What you'll do

As the Site EHS Manager II, you will be the safety champion at Amazon, leading the implementation of the Global WHS Program at your site. You will conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data to identify trends and implement practical solutions that protect associates while supporting productivity. Your role will involve conducting thorough site audits and managing the first aid program and emergency response capabilities. You will work closely with Operations leadership to drive safety initiatives that make a real difference in the workplace. Your strategic thinking will bridge the gap between safety requirements and operational success, ensuring that safety compliance efforts are effectively integrated into daily operations. You will also engage with associates to promote a strong safety culture and ensure that immediate care is always available when needed.
