What you'll do

As the Site EHS Manager II at Amazon, you will be the site's safety champion, leading the implementation of the Global WHS Program. You will work closely with Operations leadership to drive safety initiatives that make a real difference in the workplace. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive risk assessments, analyzing safety data, and implementing solutions that enhance associate well-being. You will lead safety compliance efforts, conduct thorough site audits, and analyze incident trends to target improvements where they matter most.

You will also manage the first aid program and emergency response capabilities, ensuring that immediate care is always available. Your role will require you to bridge the gap between safety requirements and operational success, combining technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills. You will engage associates in safety culture and drive initiatives that promote a safe working environment.
