What you'll do

As the Site EHS Manager II, you will be the safety champion for your site, leading the implementation of Amazon's Global WHS Program. You will conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Your role will involve conducting thorough site audits and managing the first aid program and emergency response capabilities. You will collaborate closely with operations leadership to drive safety initiatives that protect associates while supporting productivity. Your ability to influence and engage associates will be crucial in shaping a positive safety culture at the site. You will also be responsible for ensuring that safety compliance efforts are met and that immediate care is always available for associates in need.
