You are an effective communicator, capable of conveying safety expectations clearly to operations teams and providing constructive feedback. You possess a deep understanding of local and regional safety regulations and are committed to fostering a culture of safety within the organization.

Desirable

Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and a proven track record of influencing change through data analysis and risk assessments would be advantageous. Familiarity with ergonomic standards and safety training programs is also a plus.

What you'll do

As a WHS Officer at Amazon, you will partner with site operations teams to implement and uphold safety policies across multiple fulfillment centers. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing risks and enhancing the health and safety of associates. Your role will involve conducting comprehensive risk assessments and analyzing safety data to inform decision-making. You will train operations leaders on safety standards and best practices, ensuring that all team members are equipped to maintain a safe working environment. Additionally, you will identify and integrate best practices into safety policies, contributing to the overall improvement of the company's safety culture.
