What you'll do

As the Site EHS Manager II, you will be the safety champion at your site, leading the implementation of Amazon's Global WHS Program. You will conduct thorough site audits and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. Your role will involve analyzing safety data to identify trends and implement practical solutions that enhance associate safety and well-being. You will manage the first aid program and emergency response capabilities, ensuring that immediate care is always available.

You will collaborate closely with operations leadership to drive safety initiatives that make a real difference in the workplace. Your responsibilities will include leading safety compliance efforts, conducting training sessions for associates, and fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization. You will also be responsible for reporting safety metrics and progress to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability in safety practices.
