Who you are
You are a skilled professional with experience in communications security, capable of managing multiple COMSEC accounts and ensuring compliance with security protocols. You have a strong understanding of cloud web services technologies and are eager to apply them to complex computing workloads. Your ability to engage with mission partners and vendors is essential for the success of the COMSEC Program.
You possess an active TS/SCI security clearance and are a US Citizen, which is a requirement for this role. Your background includes establishing and maintaining COMSEC accounts, troubleshooting network deployments, and conducting audits to ensure compliance with security standards. You are proactive in updating policies to align with customer requirements and have experience training partner teams to support ad-hoc requirements.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the COMSEC Program at AWS, which includes establishing and maintaining all COMSEC accounts regionally. You will engage in on-site troubleshooting, network deployment, and regular keying and inventorying of devices. Your responsibilities will also involve auditing individual accounts and advising management on the current and planned COMSEC postures for all AWS locations.
You will maintain a liaison with government customers and COMSEC vendors, providing advice and guidance while exchanging information to enhance the program. Your role will require continuous engagement with mission partners to ensure that the COMSEC Program scales effectively to meet customer needs and requirements. You will also review proposed new programs requiring COMSEC to ensure their security and compliance.
What we offer
Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $102,000 to $178,400 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
